- low fat- high in protien- high quality carbs- right amount of calories- smooth, great taste

With this product and a good workout and eating plan, I gained lean muscle easily. I am a hard gainer and a MRP is what I needed. I really recommend EAS Myoplex, due to the fact that is vary nutritious, great tasting and convenient when needing extra calories.
